 Important Information Regarding Domain Hosting!
The price stated above is for hosting your website ONLY! This does not include a domain name, you can choose a registrar of your choice to register/manage your domain. However, we can purchase and manage your domain for you for a nominal fee of $12.00 per YEAR.
If we register your domain for you and manage it, we manage it only while you are a customer with our hosting. If you cancel your hosting with us, we will authorize any transfers you request, but due to the nominal sum of money coming from a domain, we choose only to manage domains for our customers.
We will not HiJack any domains at ALL. But understand, it is your responsibility to negotiate a TRANSFER with your new host, and we will accept any and ALL requests from the authorized customer. Domain purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@thenerdnetwork.net and we will discuss any issues with you.
 How long before my website account is online?
We activate accounts in the order they have been received in, a sales operator must get your application, verify subscription, and then we will activate your account. This process can take anywhere from 30 minutes, up to an 24 hours. We give a 7 day money back guarantee, so do not worry about having your site live before billing begins.
Also note domain propagation can take anywhere from 12-48 hours to complete, and that is beyond our control.
