Whenever you signup, you get 1 month of service. PayPal will automatically send the money via a subscription service. You can cancel this at anytime you wish, this is controlled by PayPal, not us. There is no pro-rated service unless there has been an agreement made with a sales representative. So as an example if you sign up on January 4th, you will have your server instantly setup and running, and PayPal will send the payment automatically on February 4th, March 4th, and so on...
